FAQ

What should I wear to class?

  • We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear. If you don't have a gi, we can provide one for purchase at the gym, or you can borrow one during your free week.

Am I too old to start Jiu-Jitsu?

  • Absolutely not! Jiu-Jitsu is suitable for all adult ages, and our classes are designed to accommodate varying fitness levels. You'll find people of all ages training with us.
