Do you allow drop-ins?
Absolutely, we welcome drop-ins and offer several flexible options to suit your needs. You can take advantage of our complimentary one-week trial, opt for a convenient 10-use punch card, or join us with an unlimited membership for unrestricted access to all classes.
How many classes am I allowed to take per month?
The number of classes you can attend depends on the membership option you choose. Our unlimited membership allows you to attend as many classes as you'd like each month. If you opt for the 10-use punch card, you can attend up to 10 classes. Lastly, our one-week free trial allows you to explore any classes available during that week at no cost.
Do you offer MMA classes?
Yes, we do! We offer a dedicated MMA class every Monday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. This class is designed to provide a comprehensive training experience in Mixed Martial Arts, suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Does your school have showers?
Yes, we offer one shower facility on-site for your convenience. It's ideal for those looking to freshen up quickly after an intense training session.
Do I have to wear a rash guard under my Gi?
You are not obligated to wear a rash guard under your Gi but it’s highly recommended. We have rash guards for sale at the academy.
